Role

I was the sole designer working with a product manager and development team.

Setup

Agents mainly use our platform to get leads, because that's what drives their business. For this project we wanted to create a place for agents to be able to get an overview of their lead activity. They can see the quantity of leads over different timeframes, and see breakdowns by source, type, etc. They can also export this data to a spreadsheet, which was a feature that was requested by many users.

Scorecard

Premier Agent Concierge is a service our agents can subsrcribe to that has our consultants essentially screen their leads. If our consultants find the lead viable, the consultant will then attempt to transfer that lead, live on the call, directly to the agent (or the agent's team). The following is a measure of how that agent is performing based on their percentage of answered calls and engagement.

Mobile

I wanted to be able to convey all the same information without the user having to scroll too much. This required some more condensed layouts. These aren't 1:1 responsive like some of the other work I've done, they collapse a little differently. The reporting information here is a little different than the desktop version above - this is from an earlier version of the project but illustrates the same layout.
